NWIIS Support Services is here for answering questions
relating directly to your Internet account, the software that you
received with your Internet Installation Kit, or problems relating
to connecting to the Internet through our service.
The software distributed in our Internet Installation Kit has been
tested by Microsoft and should run on any computer that meets the
minimum system requirements. Installation or maintenance of our
Internet software on computer systems brought to our offices will
incur a per hour fee and will require an appointment through our
Support Services department in advance. NWIIS does not support problems
relating to computer hardware, operating systems or software not
directly included in our Internet Installation Kit
Installation and use of programs not included directly with our
package, including other versions of the same software, is solely
the responsibility of the user and not of NWIIS. Should you have
any other questions regarding the general operation of your computer,
please relay them to the company that sold you your computer system,
a qualified computer consultant, or the help/support line for the
respective product.
